
This is a marinade that Julie's son, Matthew concocted. He is a self-taught gourmet cook, so you can't go wrong with anything he makes. The amounts are not given, so you have to use a little bit of this and that, according to your own taste. But, the result is good!
brown sugar
soy sauce
canola/vegetable oil
garlic
mustard
salt & pepper
ginger
lime
hoisan sauce
Marinate for a few hours. Remove salmon and grill for a few minutes on each side or until cooked through.
