Chicken with Raisins


This is a stewed chicken recipe. Delish!

1 chicken, cut-up w/bone
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup snipped dry apricots
1/2 cup white raisins
1/2 tbsp. kosher salt
1 3/4 cup white wine

Brown chicken in butter. Add apricots, raisins, salt, and wine. Bake in the oven at 350, covered for 3/4 hour, then uncovered for 3/4 hour.

*It tastes even better if you put in the fridge after baking covered for 3/4 hour. Then finish baking the next day uncovered for 3/4
hour.
