Blintz Souffle


Easy, delicious, and fattening!

2/3 stick melted butter
12 frozen blintzes

Mix together:
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
4 tablespoons orange juice

Pour melted butter on bottom of 9" x 13" Pyrex baking dish. Place blintzes in dish. Pour liquid mixture over. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
