
Flank steak tastes best with a good marinade. Cook it medium rare and cut thin slices at an angle for best results.
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. black pepper
kosher salt
2 pounds flank steak
Score the meat with a knife. Combine the marinade ingredients. Place meat and marinade in a lrge plastic bag and marinate at least 2 hours to 24 hours. Take the steak out of the bag and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Grill 4-6 minutes on each side.
