CMH Topping for Salmon

This is a recipe that was given to Julie by her dear friend, Jill. We are trying to find a variety of ways to cook fish, since we both enjoy healthy eating most of the time. This recipe is made with a pecan crust and will not disappoint!

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
honey
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
butter
Brandy or Frangelico (2-3 tbsp.)

Saute onion in butter. Add pecans. Add a small amount of honey to coat. Add garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Then add brandy. Toss and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked salmon.
