
Here is a basic recipe for chocolate dipped fruit/pretzels. Who doesn't love these?
1 package (7 oz.) Baker's real milk or dark dipping chocolate
OR for a variation use 1 package (4 oz.) Baker's German sweet chocolate
strawberries (or any fruit of your choice, or pretzels)
Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip fruit/pretzels into chocolate, let excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is firm. For best results, serve the same day they are prepared. Yum!!!
