This is a another good recipe given to Julie by Jill. It takes awhile to make, but the ribs literally fall off the bone, so it is worth the time. This is a good recipe to make during the winter or if you do not want to BBQ on the grill.
frozen ribs
BBQ sauce (any type, we like Sweet Baby Ray's)
cumin & corinader (for the smoked flavor)
Preheat oven to 500. Stand ribs up tight in a tall pan. Pour BBQ sauce on all ribs. Pour water into pan, about half full. Cover with plastic wrap, the, with aluminum foil. Turn down oven to 400 and cook for 4 hours. Cool down. Bones should slip off easily. If not, it needs to be cooked longer. Empty liquid. Keep ribs stacked. Cool overnight.
