
We found this recipe in a magazine from John Stamos's personal collection. It is a simple, healthy way to grill seafood.
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. large shrimp
1 lb. sea scallops
wooden skewers
In a large plastic bag, marinate seafood and refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Remove seafood from marinade; discard marinade. Place on skewers; season with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat 6-8 minutes, or until opaque. Serves 8.
