
This is delicious and low-fat(it's true!) smoothie given to Julie by her childhood friend Jill. This recipe makes enough for 2.
3 tbsp. Hershey's lite syrup
1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
3 tbsp. low-fat peanut butter
1 banana, frozen, cut-up
1 cup skim or soy milk
Put all ingedients in blender and enjoy!
