Gina's Salad


Baby Greens
Sliced Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Bleu Cheese, Gorgonzola, or Goat Cheese
Candied Pecans

For dressing, use raspberry vinaigrette.

For candied pecans, put 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, and vanilla in saucepan. Boil and mix until it forms a glaze. Throw in pecans. Dry on waxed paper.
